Staycation at the Graduate Hotel

A couple of months ago I got a sneak peek of the brand new “Tar Heel” Graduate Hotel in the heart of Chapel Hill. This hotel takes so many influences from the UNC-Chapel Hill campus. The hotel (formerly The Franklin) mixes classic style and campus spirit. Its got a lot of fun surprises and conveniently located right on Franklin Street.

The brand new Graduate Hotel opened in August and it’s their “23rd” location. It’s loaded with NC nostalgia and nods to famous Tar Heels like Michael Jordan and Mia Hamm. It even includes an indoor (carpeted) basketball court! Perfect spot for a staycation, especially for Tar Heels!
